As studies have shown, the compound 5-MeO-T-NBOMe exhibits high affinity for 5HT2A and 5HT2C receptors. During the studies, inhibition constants were determined: for rats Ki (5HT2A) = 2.89 nM, Ki (5HT2C) = 2.08 nM, for humans Ki (5HT2A) = 1.49 nM, Ki (5HT2C) = 9.9 nM. (ref: https://isomerdesign.com/pihkal/explore/5505) - 25I-NBOMe to compare is about 0.6nM Ki for 5-HT2A, etc.

2-(5-methoxy-1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl][(2-methoxyphenyl)methyl]amine hydrochloride is a research chemical with the NBOMe on the amine of the ethylamino chain of the 3rd position of the indole. The core without alkylation of the amine is 5-Methoxytryptamine, similar to other substituted tryptamines, like' 5-MeO-DMT, 5-MeO-DiPT, ...but the NBOMe is something that seems to have increased affinity to 5-HT receptors when added, for study/screening (nM).
For research purposes. Not for use in-vivo.
